The Intercom System Installation Project officially began its first major phase with the start of piping implementation on October 31, 2025. This stage of the project marked a crucial step in establishing the foundational infrastructure for the intercom system across multiple rooms in the facility. Despite facing several on-site challenges and logistical delays, the InstallersPH IT Solutions team diligently carried out the work, ensuring that proper conduit pathways were installed for efficient and secure wiring integration later on.

Start of the Piping Work.
The project’s initial task focused on setting up the intercom piping system in each designated room. The team began operations on October 31, 2025, working systematically to route conduits that would later house the communication lines necessary for the intercom system. The design plan required precise measurement and alignment of pipes along the walls and ceilings to ensure a clean, efficient layout that adhered to both the technical design and the ongoing construction environment.
Each room’s conduit line was carefully installed to accommodate the intercom’s wiring network. By the end of the first phase, the team successfully completed piping work for a total of 11 rooms. Every pipe was properly secured and aligned according to the system layout to prepare for the next stage of cable pulling and connection.

One of the main issues involved the client’s assigned workers who were supposed to assist in coordinating with the installation crew. These workers would occasionally leave their assigned posts, making it difficult for the team to locate them when additional support or coordination was needed.
Furthermore, since the installation crew was not yet fully familiar with the client’s on-site personnel, it became challenging to identify and communicate with the appropriate workers. The lack of proper coordination sometimes led to delays in material transport, workspace preparation, and access clearance, which in turn affected the overall workflow.
The absence of consistent assistance from the client’s side created periods of downtime, forcing the team to adjust their schedules and reallocate manpower to maintain productivity. These setbacks, while frustrating, were handled with patience and professionalism by the team, who continued to push forward despite the unpredictable work conditions.
