Arrival and Initial Assessment.
The team began the trip at 9:48 AM and arrived onsite at 10:26 AM. Upon arrival, we proceeded with initial troubleshooting and verification of the reported issue. Although all CCTV cameras were displaying properly on the monitor, the client could not access any recorded footage or replay past incidents. This became the primary concern for the service visit.
Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS).
At 10:47 AM, the team started the Preventive Maintenance Services. Troubleshooting and Repairs.

1. Checking and Securing the RJ45 Connections
Some of the RJ45 connectors for the cameras required adjustment. These network plugs are essential for stable video transmission and communication with the NVR. The team resecured, cleaned, and properly fitted each connector to ensure uninterrupted data flow.
2. Cleaning and Inspecting the HDD
The hard disk drive (HDD), which stores all CCTV recordings, was removed and inspected. It was cleaned and checked thoroughly for errors or improper seating. The drive was reinstalled securely to restore proper recording functionality.
These steps successfully resolved the system’s recording issue.
Completion of Service.
The technical work was completed at 11:16 AM, and the CCTV system’s recording and playback functions were fully restored. The team officially began the trip back at 11:23 AM and reached the office at 12:55 PM, concluding the support service.
