CCTV Supply and Installation at San Jose Pension House -- Third Progress Update.

Introduction

Building on the progress from the previous installation phase, the third stage of the CCTV project at San Jose Pension House marks the beginning of actual device deployment. This update highlights the initial mounting and positioning of selected cameras throughout the property, translating prior planning and cabling preparation into real-time visual coverage.

Client Background

San Jose Pension House continues to elevate its commitment to safety by enhancing its video surveillance capabilities. As a multi-story hospitality establishment in a busy urban area, management understands the importance of constant monitoring, especially in high-traffic zones like reception and guest floors. This stage focuses on activating key coverage areas while remaining aligned with the facility’s operations and design.

Camera Installation and Deployment.

During this third progress milestone, the technical team successfully installed one dome camera at the reception area, chosen for its wide-angle field of view and discreet profile—perfect for monitoring check-in transactions and lobby movement.

Additionally, four bullet cameras were installed across floors 1 to 4, with one unit per floor. These cameras were strategically placed along each corridor to provide comprehensive hallway surveillance, ensuring both guest safety and real-time incident awareness.

At this point, the roof deck remains pending for camera installation, as further structural modifications and design instructions are still awaited from the main contractor. The team is prepared to proceed with the final outdoor camera once clearance and final layout changes are confirmed.

Conclusion

The third progress phase represents a significant leap in the transformation of San Jose Pension House’s security infrastructure. With multiple cameras now operational, the system is steadily taking shape into a comprehensive surveillance network. Each installed unit adds critical visual coverage that supports both safety and operational oversight. We remain committed to completing the remaining installations and delivering a system built on reliability, clarity, and control.
