CCTV Supply and Installation at San Jose Pension House -- Fifth Update.

Introduction

The CCTV supply and installation project at San Jose Pension House has officially reached its fifth progress milestone. This marks a significant step toward completing the surveillance system deployment, with the cameras now fully operational and accessible remotely. Our team from InstallersPH IT Solutions successfully completed the network integration for the entire system, ensuring that the CCTV feed is not only active but also remotely viewable via mobile devices for added convenience and security management.

CCTV System Now Online.

Following the successful physical installation of all CCTV cameras and routing of PVC piping during the previous phase, our technical team proceeded to bring the system online. Each camera feed was verified to be active and recording via the NVR (Network Video Recorder). This involved meticulous configuration checks to ensure the video signal was transmitted properly from the cameras to the central recording unit.

All camera angles, coverage areas, and image clarity were tested thoroughly. Footage from entrances, hallways, and common areas was reviewed to confirm optimal visibility, eliminating blind spots and maximizing security coverage across the pension house premises.

NVR IP Configuration Completed.

A crucial part of this update involved setting up the NVR’s IP address configuration. This process allowed the system to connect to the local network and communicate with other devices such as routers and mobile phones. Our technicians manually assigned a static IP address to the NVR, ensuring that it remains consistently accessible within the network and not subject to changes from the DHCP server.

This setup allows seamless data flow between the NVR and external devices, which is critical for real-time monitoring and remote access capabilities.

Phone Connectivity for Remote Viewing.

One of the key features requested by the client was the ability to monitor the CCTV footage remotely through their mobile phones. Our team facilitated this by integrating the NVR with a cloud-based mobile surveillance application. Once the NVR was properly configured on the network, we proceeded to scan the system’s QR code from within the app and bind the client’s mobile device with the NVR.

As a result, the client can now conveniently view live camera feeds and review past footage directly from their phone, whether they are on-site or off-site. This remote viewing capability provides added peace of mind and allows the client to manage the security system anytime, anywhere.

Conclusion

With the CCTV system now fully online, network-integrated, and accessible via mobile devices, the security infrastructure at San Jose Pension House is more robust than ever. This fifth update represents a shift from physical installation to digital optimization, ensuring that the client benefits from both local and remote surveillance control.

The next and final steps will involve fine-tuning system alerts, backup storage checks, and final turnover documentation. InstallersPH IT Solutions remains committed to delivering a reliable and user-friendly CCTV system tailored to the needs of San Jose Pension House.
