CCTV Supply and Installation at Jardin de Busay -- Final Update.

Introduction

The CCTV supply and installation project at Jardin de Busay has reached its final stage. Building on the initial groundwork and outdoor setup, our team proceeded with the internal installations and system integration necessary to complete the security infrastructure. This final progress update highlights the installation of indoor CCTV units, structured wiring, protective moldings, and the successful setup of the data cabinet—all completed with attention to detail and respect for the client’s privacy request.

Indoor CCTV, Wiring, and Moldings Installation.

This phase focused on securing the indoor areas of the property. Our team installed CCTV units inside the house, covering entryways, hallways, and common areas as specified in the client-approved layout. Each indoor camera was installed with precision—mounted at optimal heights and angles to ensure clear, uninterrupted coverage while blending seamlessly with the interior environment.

Alongside the camera units, we ran all necessary power and signal cables through newly installed PVC conduits and protective moldings. These moldings were aligned along ceiling lines and wall corners to maintain a clean and organized finish. Not only do they conceal the cabling for aesthetic purposes, but they also protect it from physical wear over time. All wire routing was planned to minimize visible clutter and ensure easy maintenance access in the future.

Data Cabinet Setup and System Integration.

At the heart of the system is the newly installed data cabinet, which serves as the centralized location for all CCTV wiring and equipment. Here, all cables from the indoor and outdoor cameras converge. The cabinet securely houses the power supply, PoE switch, and supporting components, allowing for structured, labeled, and easily manageable connections.

The cabinet was mounted in a secured, accessible location within the property. It is built to protect sensitive components from environmental exposure and unauthorized access. This setup not only improves system organization but also simplifies future diagnostics, upgrades, or expansions.

Respect for Client Privacy.

Consistent with earlier stages of the project, the client requested that no photos or videos be taken during installation due to privacy concerns. We fully respected this decision and continued documentation solely through written reports and internal records.

Conclusion

With indoor and outdoor cameras installed, wiring routed, moldings secured, and the data cabinet in place, the CCTV system at Jardin de Busay is now fully installed and structurally complete. These final works bring the project to readiness for system testing, user training, and formal turnover. InstallersPH IT Solutions remains committed to delivering reliable, secure, and privacy-conscious surveillance solutions—and we thank the client for their cooperation and trust throughout this project.
