CCTV Supply and Installation at ACS Manufacturing Corporation -- 7th Progress Update.

Introduction

The CCTV installation project at ACS Manufacturing Corporation is entering its final stretch, with structured cabling work continuing steadily inside the warehouse. Over the past few days, our team has focused on finalizing the routing of Cat6 cables through flexible hoses and conduits, ensuring reliable power and data connections for each planned camera location.

With much of the external work complete, attention has now fully shifted to finishing the internal cable runs. This phase is critical for tying all junction points back to the network system and ensuring full operational readiness of the upcoming surveillance infrastructure.

Finalizing Internal Conduit and Cable Routing.

As the team progressed deeper into the facility, the structured cabling layout required careful navigation through active production zones, support columns, ceiling beams, and existing infrastructure. Using a combination of flexible conduit and PVC pipes, we continued routing Cat6 Ethernet cables from key junction boxes toward the central network area.

The flexible hoses were measured, cut, and installed with precision; securely fastened with brackets and clamps to keep cable runs elevated, protected, and organized. Each cable was guided cleanly from its junction box to the designated camera drop point or network access path.

Special care was taken to maintain a tidy, obstruction-free setup, especially in areas with heavy equipment or frequent foot traffic. Cable labeling was also implemented during this stage to simplify future troubleshooting and maintenance.

Network Continuity and Preparation for Final Configuration.

As cables were routed and junction boxes completed, technicians began mapping each line back to the main NVR system, located in the secured server cabinet. This preparation ensures a seamless connection for each camera once installation begins.

The structured cabling stage is not just about physical routing; it’s about building a robust backbone for the entire CCTV system. Each Cat6 cable is part of a larger architecture that will power high-definition video feeds, remote monitoring capabilities, and long-term recording performance.

By this point, the majority of the warehouse’s internal camera zones have been prepped and wired. Only a few final sections remain before the transition to device mounting and configuration can begin.

Conclusion

The continuation of structured cabling inside the warehouse brings the CCTV project at ACS Manufacturing Corporation significantly closer to completion. With each cable securely routed and every conduit in place, the system is being prepared for its operational phase.

This 7th progress milestone reflects the team’s attention to detail, safety, and functionality in a high-demand industrial environment. As we near the final stages, our focus will soon shift toward camera installation, network setup, and final system testing.

Stay tuned for the next update as we begin powering up and activating the surveillance infrastructure designed to enhance safety and visibility across ACS’s operations.
