In response to the request, the team immediately coordinated a site visit to assess the area and gather the necessary details needed for an accurate and comprehensive proposal. This inspection marked the beginning of the process; it allowed the team to fully understand the client’s security needs while evaluating the physical conditions of the site.

Upon arrival, the team observed that the location was still under construction. Workers were actively completing structural elements such as walls, ceilings, flooring, and electrical provisions. This stage of the build provided a strategic advantage for the assessment; since the area was still open and unfinished, the team could visualize cable routes clearly and identify the best mounting points for the cameras without the limitations of a completed interior.
Despite the ongoing construction, the client provided the team with a complete layout of the space. This layout served as a guide in determining the critical areas requiring surveillance coverage. By studying the blueprint, the team analyzed essential points such as entry and exit doors, customer interaction zones, service counters, storage areas, and internal walkways. These locations typically demand continuous monitoring to ensure safety, deter unauthorized access, and protect assets.
Identifying Key Camera Placement Zones.
Through combined evaluation of the site and the layout, the team identified the most effective positions for the five CCTV units. The primary focus areas included the main entrance for face capture and foot traffic monitoring, internal pathways to track movement within the establishment, and specific zones that may hold valuables or sensitive materials. The inspection allowed the team to create a practical plan for mounting heights, angles, and coverage ranges.
The construction phase also provided the opportunity to plan concealed cable installation. With ceilings still open, cables can be routed cleanly through designated conduits or structural pathways. This ensures a neat and safe installation that complies with industry standards and avoids visible wiring once the establishment is fully finished.
Preparation of the CCTV Proposal.
With all the necessary information gathered, the team is now prepared to craft an accurate and detailed proposal. The proposal will include the recommended camera types; such as dome cameras for indoor areas or bullet-type cameras for longer viewing distances; along with the required NVR, storage capacity, installation materials, and labor scope. A tentative timeline, installation method, cable routing plan, and overall system configuration will also be included.
