Upon arrival, the team observed that the property was still undergoing construction. Workers were actively completing structural sections, including wall partitions, ceiling frameworks, electrical lines, and other interior elements. With ceilings and wall frames still exposed, the team identified strategic routes where cables could be concealed within conduits, avoiding any visible wiring once the property is completed. This approach guarantees a clean installation, compliance with safety standards, and reduced maintenance issues in the future.
Preparation of the CCTV Proposal.
With all necessary details documented, the team is now prepared to create a comprehensive and accurate CCTV installation proposal. The proposal will include camera recommendations—such as weather-resistant bullet cameras for outdoor areas and dome-type cameras for indoor coverage—along with the appropriate NVR system, storage capacity, wiring materials, installation labor, and configuration settings. A projected timeline, cable routing layout, and installation methods will also be outlined.
