The client reached out to evaluate their existing biometric attendance system, which had shown signs of performance decline. Our technical team was deployed to the site in Mabolo to conduct a full inspection of the system’s hardware, cabling, and software responsiveness.
The primary objective was to determine whether the current biometric device could still serve the operational requirements of the company, or if it was time for an upgrade.

Given these limitations, it was clear that the current system could no longer meet the demands of a modern work environment.
Demonstration and Consultation.
To help the client understand the limitations of the current setup, our team conducted a live demonstration. This side-by-side evaluation gave the client firsthand experience of the system’s declining performance.
