The scope of work for the on-site IT support included printer support, Starlink support, and CCTV system assistance. The team was tasked with addressing both routine and urgent technical concerns to minimize downtime and maintain stable system performance. Support activities involved hands-on troubleshooting, equipment relocation, system configuration, and user assistance as requested by the client throughout the support period.

Starlink Support and Network Assistance.

During the engagement, the team provided continuous Starlink support to ensure stable internet connectivity across the site. As operational needs changed, the client requested the relocation of Starlink devices to optimize signal coverage and accessibility. The team carefully repositioned the equipment, tested connectivity, and confirmed proper functionality after each relocation.

In addition, the team assisted in resolving wireless connectivity issues that affected various devices on the network. This included diagnosing signal inconsistencies, checking network configurations, and ensuring that connected devices, such as printers, could reliably access the internet and local network resources.

CCTV System Support.

CCTV system support was another critical component of the on-site services. The team assisted the client in retrieving recorded footage from the Network Video Recorder (NVR) as requested. This process involved accessing the system interface, locating specific time-stamped recordings, and securely extracting the required files. The team also verified that the CCTV system was operating correctly to ensure uninterrupted surveillance and recording during the support period.

Printer Support and Driver Configuration.

Printer support focused on resolving wireless printing issues and ensuring consistent printer performance. The team conducted troubleshooting procedures to identify connectivity problems between printers and user devices. To further improve reliability, the team performed the installation and configuration of appropriate printer drivers on designated computers. This ensured compatibility between hardware and software, allowing users to print documents efficiently without recurring errors or interruptions.
