Featuring Ms. Eloisa Mata, Office Admin; Ms. Louise Crista Semblante, Go|Social Manager; and Ms. Moira Ilynne Joy A. From Interns to Professionals.
One of the highlights of the interviews was the journey of employees who began their careers at InstallersPH as interns. Their experiences demonstrate how internship opportunities can become stepping stones toward professional development and long-term employment.
For Eloisa Mata, her internship introduced her to office administration and the company’s daily workflow. The experience helped her understand administrative responsibilities and prepared her for her current role.
Louise Crista Semblante also started as an intern in the Sales Department before becoming an Account Executive and eventually taking on responsibilities as Go|Social Manager.
