Jean Rhaye completed his OJT at InstallersPH IT Solutions, a company specializing in IT hardware solutions such as CCTV systems, biometric access controls, and network infrastructure. During his training period from August 2025 to February 2026, he was assigned to two major departments: the IT Department and the Marketing Department. This dual exposure allowed him to experience both the operational and promotional sides of the business, giving him a comprehensive understanding of how an IT solutions company functions.
Technical Exposure in IT Department.
A significant portion of his training focused on technical tasks within the IT Department. He actively participated in site inspections, where he helped assess client locations and determine the appropriate setup for installations. He also assisted in the installation and configuration of various systems, including CCTV cameras, biometric devices, wireless access points, and network equipment.
