The On-the-Job Training Experience of Chrisfel Zeye F. Mendoza
Introduction.
On-the-Job Training (OJT) plays a vital role in preparing students for the professional world by allowing them to apply academic knowledge in real workplace settings. For Chrisfel Zeye F. Mendoza, a Financial Management student from St. Louise De Marillac College of Bogo, her 600-hour OJT at InstallersPH IT Solutions became a meaningful and growth-filled experience. Serving as an Executive Assistant Intern, she was entrusted with responsibilities that strengthened her administrative, financial, and professional skills.
Role as an Executive Assistant Intern.
During her internship, Chrisfel provided direct support to management by handling various administrative and documentation tasks.
