Structured Cabling at Talisay Residential Property -- 7th Progress Update.

Introduction
In this seventh progress update, the team continued working with the vertical cable manager system, focusing on bundling and neatly routing CAT6 cables from all floors of the residenceโGround Floor, Second Floor, and up to the Third Floor where the data cabinet is located. This stage ensures a well-organized, floor-to-floor cable path that supports both system efficiency and long-term maintenance.
Work Accomplished:
Organizing by Floor
To improve serviceability and identification, the team sorted the CAT6 cables according to their corresponding floor. Cables from the Ground Floor, Second Floor, and Third Floor were grouped separately and bundled using labeled Velcro straps, ensuring that each floorโs network connections could be easily distinguished within the vertical run.
Floor-to-Floor Routing Through the Cable Manager
Using the previously installed external vertical cable manager, the team carefully routed all bundles from each floor into a shared cable pathway. The manager now serves as the central conduit that connects all levelsโstarting at the ground floor, continuing through the second floor, and terminating at the third floor where the data cabinet is mounted.
Cable bundles were passed through dedicated access holes and wall chases already prepared during earlier phases.
Extra slack was trimmed and properly coiled within the manager for easier future servicing.
Each group was secured in place to avoid any strain or obstruction in the path.
Neat and Functional Layout
The result was a clean, tiered layout inside the vertical cable managerโeach floorโs bundle entering the pathway with a clear, labeled position. The cables now enter the third-floor cabinet with minimal bend and zero clutter, maintaining both signal quality and physical integrity.
Conclusion
With cable bundles from all three floors now neatly arranged and routed through the vertical cable manager, the structured cabling system at the Talisay residential property is nearly complete from a physical layout perspective. The installation reflects not only performance-driven design but also professional cable management that supports scalability, serviceability, and aesthetics.
