RFID Automatic Boom Barrier Supply and Installation for Cherubim Security Agency -- 6th Update.

Introduction
The RFID Automatic Boom Barrier project for Cherubim Security Agency Inc., executed by InstallersPH IT Solutions, continues to move forward with consistent progress. With the structured cabling previously completed in earlier phases at the InstallersPH Company, the attention now turns to the final physical deployment. This sixth update highlights the successful installation of the second boom barrier at Avida Towers Riala—this time positioned at the exit point of the basement parking area. The same standard of groundwork preparation, conduit alignment, and data cabling was applied to ensure full functionality and system reliability.
Recap of Supply Inspection at A.D.G. I.T. Center.
As reported in the earlier update, both boom barrier units were received and inspected at A.D.G. I.T. Center, located on Lopez Jaena Street, Mandaue City, Cebu. Each component—including the RFID readers, boom arms, and control boards—was verified for completeness and functionality. Following approval, the units were deployed in phases for installation at Avida Towers Riala.
Site Installation: Exit Lane Completion at Avida Towers Riala.
This session focused on installing the second boom barrier, located at the exit lane of the underground parking facility. The installation followed the same meticulous process as the first (entrance) unit:
Ground preparation was done to align the mounting base with vehicle exit flow.
Previously laid PVC conduits from earlier groundwork were integrated into the system, creating protective housing for data and power lines.
Cat 6 cables, serving as the backbone for system communication, were carefully routed and secured to connect the RFID components to the centralized control and power source.
The team ensured minimal cable slack, proper shielding, and clean labeling for easy maintenance and long-term efficiency.
Ready for Integration and System Testing.
With this successful deployment, both boom barriers—entrance and exit—are now physically installed at Avida Towers Riala. This marks the completion of the hardware placement phase. The structured approach allowed the team to maintain a high standard of quality while avoiding rushed calibration and connection tasks.
The completion of the exit barrier ensures that the entire access point is now equipped for controlled, RFID-enabled automation for both inbound and outbound vehicles.
Conclusion
This sixth update marks a major milestone in the RFID Boom Barrier project at Cherubim Security Agency Inc. With both the entrance and exit barriers now successfully installed at Avida Towers Riala, and structured cabling fully in place, the project is transitioning into the final integration and commissioning phase. Once activated, the automated system will provide seamless, secure, and efficient access control for vehicles entering and exiting the property—enhancing both security and traffic management under Cherubim’s supervision.
The team remains committed to delivering a fully operational solution that meets both performance and reliability standards for long-term use.
