On-the-Job Training Completion of Kent Louis S. Ponce at InstallersPH IT Solutions.
Introduction.
InstallersPH IT Solutions proudly celebrates the successful completion of Kent Louis S. Ponce’s 500-hour On-the-Job Training (OJT) under the Web Application Development Technology (WADT) program at ACLC College of Mandaue.
From July 27 to October 16, 2026, Kent completed his internship under the IT Department, where he gained practical experience and expanded his understanding of information technology in a professional setting.
His internship provided opportunities to apply classroom knowledge, encounter real-world technical situations, and develop skills that will support his future career in IT.
Gaining Practical IT and Technical Support Experience.
One of the most memorable parts of Kent’s internship was his assignment to Prime Waste Solutions Inc. as an IT and Technical Support intern.
This opportunity allowed him to experience actual workplace challenges and technical situations beyond the classroom. Through hands-on exposure, he gained a better understanding of the responsibilities involved in providing IT support and addressing technical concerns in a business environment.
Working on real-world situations also encouraged him to apply his existing knowledge while learning from the challenges he encountered.
Strengthening Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills.
