OJT / Internship Onboarding 2025.

The onboarding session started at 11:00 AM and concluded at 12:00 PM, allowing the activity to be completed efficiently and just in time for the lunch break. Despite the short duration, the session was well-organized and focused on delivering essential information needed by the interns.

During the orientation, the interns were introduced to the company profile of InstallersPH IT Solutions. This included a discussion of the company’s background, core services, and its commitment to providing reliable and professional IT solutions. The company’s values, work culture, and expectations were also emphasized to help interns understand the standards they are expected to follow throughout their training.

The onboarding also covered the different departments within the organization and the type of work handled by each. Interns were given an overview of departmental responsibilities, workflows, and how each team contributes to the overall operations of the company. This allowed the interns to gain clarity on potential assignments and understand how their roles fit into the company’s objectives.

In addition, the session highlighted workplace conduct, teamwork, and learning responsibility. Interns were encouraged to be proactive, open to learning, and professional in their interactions with supervisors, colleagues, and clients. The importance of discipline, communication, and adaptability was also discussed as part of their professional development.
