This anniversary, we shine the spotlight on five valuable members of our operations team: Mr. Daniel A. Bolongaita, Operations Manager; Mr. Charlo A. Ofianga, Integrated System Technician; Mr. Raffy Christian Salvani, Integrated System Technician; Mr. Junnel C. Lauron, Integrated System Technician; and Mr. Randy D. Rizalde from the Civil Works team. Through their stories, they share their experiences, growth, and the values that continue to drive InstallersPH forward.

For the team, joining InstallersPH became more than just finding employment. It became an opportunity to learn, grow, and develop valuable technical skills.

Operations Manager Daniel Bolongaita shared how his knowledge has significantly expanded since becoming part of the company. Every project has strengthened his technical expertise and allowed him to become a more capable leader.

For Integrated System Technician Charlo Ofianga, InstallersPH has become the workplace where he gained the most meaningful professional experience. Working alongside supportive teammates and approachable leaders has allowed him to continuously improve while enjoying a positive work environment.

Junnel Lauron also highlighted the company’s supportive culture. Coming from previous work experiences, he appreciated the team’s willingness to help one another and the company’s commitment to providing a workplace where employees can continue learning and growing.

Meanwhile, Raffy Christian Salvani expressed how every project has broadened his knowledge of the company’s wide range of technology solutions, giving him valuable hands-on experience across different systems and installations.

Even Randy Rizalde of the Civil Works team shared his simple yet genuine appreciation for the company. His positive outlook reflects the welcoming environment that continues to make employees feel valued every day.

Every successful project comes with unique challenges that shape the team’s experience and strengthen their skills.

Among the most memorable projects mentioned was the Asian Grains installation. Despite the demanding environment and intense heat, the team successfully completed the project through teamwork, determination, and perseverance. While physically exhausting, the experience became one of the most rewarding moments in their careers because of the lessons they gained throughout the project.

Raffy also recalled his assignment in Palawan, where the team completed projects at Secret Paradise Resort and Blue Ocean Bar. Beyond the technical work, the opportunity allowed him to experience new places while continuing to deliver quality service to clients.

These experiences demonstrate that every project, regardless of its complexity, contributes to the professional growth of the entire team.

One of the most noticeable changes shared during the interview was the remarkable growth of InstallersPH over the years.

Daniel reflected on how the company has evolved from operating in a much smaller office with only a handful of employees into a growing organization with a larger workforce, improved systems, a bigger office, and an increasing number of projects across different industries.

The technical team has also expanded its expertise beyond CCTV installations to include integrated systems, structured cabling, networking solutions, fiber optic installations, access control systems, and many other technology services. This continuous growth reflects the company’s commitment to innovation and providing comprehensive IT solutions to its clients.
