How Is It Working With InstallersPH IT Solutions: The Journey of Analou Monton, Mary Grace Jacobe, and Piodel Bantugan as Marketing Professionals.
Introduction.
Some professional journeys begin long before the first day at work. For some, they start in college, where friendships are formed, experiences are shared, and dreams gradually take shape. Such is the story of Piodel Bantugan, Mary Grace T. Jacobe, and Analou M. Monton, whose journey from college classmates to colleagues reflects the value of friendship, teamwork, and shared opportunities.
As InstallersPH IT Solutions celebrates its 10th anniversary, these three Marketing Department members look back on their experiences, from their early days as students to becoming professionals who now contribute to the company’s growth.
From College Classmates to Workmates.
The journey began at Southern Leyte State University – Tomas Oppus (SLSU-TO), where the three were classmates starting in their first year of college. They pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing Management, sharing academic responsibilities, deadlines, and aspirations.
Their paths continued to cross when they completed their internship at InstallersPH IT Solutions. What started as an opportunity to gain practical experience eventually became the beginning of their professional careers.
After graduation, they officially joined the company and became part of the Marketing Department.
For Piodel, continuing the journey with the same people he once shared classrooms with makes the experience even more meaningful. Mary Grace also emphasized the importance of teamwork, sharing how having supportive colleagues makes even the most challenging responsibilities easier to manage.
Meanwhile, Analou expressed how fulfilling it is to experience each milestone together, from being classmates and interns to becoming professionals within the same company.
Their story reflects how meaningful relationships and shared experiences can grow into valuable professional partnerships.
Memorable Projects and Experiences.
Working in the Marketing Department has brought them different challenges, opportunities, and unforgettable experiences.
For Mary Grace, one of her most memorable projects was producing the company’s second audiovisual presentation (AVP). The experience involved filming almost every day and learning video editing despite not having a strong background in the field. Although exhausting, the project helped her discover her capabilities and realize that she could accomplish tasks beyond her initial skill set.
Analou, on the other hand, recalled working on the “Protection Starts at Home” video, filmed at Il Corso and in Lapu-Lapu City. As her first major project during her internship, she initially felt pressured by the ambitious concept. However, with the encouragement and support of the company and the Marketing Department, she successfully brought the idea to life. Seeing the completed video and receiving positive feedback made the experience especially fulfilling.
Piodel also shared his unforgettable memories of marketing shoots, particularly the countless retakes and the now-familiar lines, “Unang step, assessment muna!” and “Sa final step, tine-test ang system!” These moments became humorous reminders of the creativity, patience, and teamwork involved in producing company content.
Celebrating Ten Years of Growth and Opportunities.
As InstallersPH reaches its 10th anniversary, their experiences highlight the opportunities the company has provided for learning, professional development, and personal growth.
From their beginnings as interns to their current responsibilities in the Marketing Department, their journey demonstrates the value of giving individuals opportunities to discover their strengths, develop new skills, and contribute meaningfully to an organization.
Analou expressed her gratitude to the company for becoming part of their growth and shared her belief that the 10th anniversary is not just a milestone but the beginning of even greater opportunities ahead.
Conclusion.
The journey of Piodel, Mary Grace, and Analou is a reminder that some of the strongest professional relationships are built through shared beginnings and experiences. From college classmates to interns and eventually colleagues, they have continued to learn, create, and grow together.
As InstallersPH IT Solutions celebrates ten years of providing opportunities and building solutions, their story represents one of the many meaningful journeys behind the company.
From shared classrooms to shared careers, their journey proves that growing together makes every milestone more meaningful.
