From Interns to Future Professionals: Learning, Growth, and New Beginnings at InstallersPH.
Introduction.
Internships provide students with an opportunity to step beyond the classroom and experience the realities of a professional workplace. For many students, it is a time to apply what they have learned, develop new skills, and discover how their chosen field works in practice.
As part of InstallersPH IT Solutions’ 10th Anniversary celebration, we highlight the experiences of three interns who joined the company in 2026: Benjie Palioc, Rafael Tapales, and Ma. Nily Tapales. Coming from different academic backgrounds and assigned to different departments, each brings a unique perspective to the internship experience.
Meet the Interns.
Benjie Palioc, a BS Computer Engineering student from Northwest Samar State University – Main Campus, joined InstallersPH as a Marketing Intern in June 2026. His experience demonstrates how technical knowledge can also contribute to creative and business-related activities.
Rafael Tapales, from Cebu Technological University – Moalboal Campus, is pursuing BIT-CT and began his internship in the IT Department on June 25, 2026. His role gives him an opportunity to gain practical exposure to the technical side of the industry.
Meanwhile, Ma. Nily Tapales, also from Cebu Technological University – Moalboal Campus and taking BIT-CT, joined the Admin Department on June 1, 2026. Her experience provides valuable exposure to workplace organization, administrative responsibilities, and professional coordination.
Learning Through Real-World Experience.
Their internship at InstallersPH is designed to go beyond simply completing required hours. By becoming part of actual workplace operations, the interns are exposed to the responsibilities, teamwork, and professionalism expected in a real working environment.
Their different assignments also allow them to experience how various departments contribute to the overall operations of a technology solutions company. From marketing and IT to administration, each role plays an important part in supporting the organization.
