Through a structured program that included an awarding ceremony, entertainment activities, games, and a shared meal, the event created a memorable experience for everyone involved. It served as an opportunity for the company to express gratitude while strengthening teamwork and camaraderie among employees and interns.
Awarding Ceremony Highlights.
Preparation and Opening of the Program.
The day began with preparation from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM as the team arranged the venue and finalized the program setup. At 9:00 AM, the program officially started with participants gathering to begin the celebration. The opening remarks were delivered by Sir Edgar J. Tomo, who welcomed everyone and emphasized the importance of recognizing employees for their dedication and commitment. His message highlighted how each member of the organization contributes to the company’s growth and success.
Awarding of Certificates and Employee Recognition.
One of the most anticipated parts of the event was the awarding of certificates, which began at 10:40 AM. Several individuals were recognized for their excellence in different categories. Interns and employees who demonstrated outstanding performance received recognition for their dedication and contribution to the company.
Awards included Best in Interns and recognition for different departments such as Best in Admin, Best in Sales, Best in Technical, Best in HR, and Best in Marketing. These awards acknowledged individuals who consistently performed well and contributed significantly to their respective teams.
The program also highlighted special Employee Awards given to key personnel for their leadership and dedication in their roles within the company. In addition, recognition for Best in Attendance was awarded to employees who maintained exemplary attendance records during the early months of the year. A special Recognition for Certificate of Completion was also presented, acknowledging the accomplishments and contributions of one of the interns who successfully completed their internship program.
Karaoke Session and Team Games.
After the awarding ceremony, participants were given time to relax and enjoy a karaoke session before moving on to the interactive games. The karaoke session created a lively atmosphere as employees and interns sang their favorite songs and shared laughter with their colleagues.
At 1:00 PM, the program continued with a series of fun and engaging games prepared for everyone. Activities such as Pitik Lemonsito with scope, Garter Games, Cap and Stick Relay, Shoot the Straw, Bite the Cap and Take Your Friends, and Chicken Leg added excitement and encouraged teamwork among participants. These games helped strengthen relationships among employees while providing a refreshing break from their daily work routines.
Closing Remarks and Lunch Fellowship.
Before lunch, closing remarks were delivered by Daniel A. Bolongaita, who expressed appreciation to everyone who participated in making the event successful. He acknowledged the dedication of employees and interns and encouraged everyone to continue striving for excellence in their respective roles.
At 12:00 PM, everyone gathered for lunch, sharing a meal and enjoying casual conversations. The lunch fellowship allowed team members to bond and celebrate together in a relaxed environment.
