This client, who availed of our CCTV services last year, was still under warranty and requested support for their DVR device, which had stopped functioning.
On-Site Inspection.
Our technical support team visited the client’s location to assess the situation. The DVR device, being the central hub of the CCTV system, was inspected thoroughly.
