Supply and Installation of Queue Management System.

Introduction.

The team arrived at JT Lending Corporation at exactly 11:43 AM and immediately began the assembly of the data cabinet. After completing the assembly, the data cabinet was securely mounted on the wall to ensure stability and proper placement for the network and CCTV equipment. All cables inside the cabinet were carefully arranged and organized to maintain neatness, improve airflow, and ensure long-term functionality of the system.

For the CCTV installation, a total of four (4) cameras were deployed across the premises. One (1) indoor bullet analog camera was installed to monitor the internal area, while three (3) outdoor IR bullet cameras were installed for external surveillance, providing night vision capability for enhanced security during low-light conditions.

Recording System and Cabling Type.

The system utilized a DVR (Digital Video Recorder) as the main recording device, which serves as the central unit for video storage and playback. The CCTV setup did not use CAT6 or network-based cabling since the system is fully analog. Instead, siamese cables were used for all camera connections, allowing both video and power transmission through a single cable line.

Structured Cabling Pathway.

For the structured cabling pathway, the team did not use moldings or PVC pipes. Instead, a 3/4 flexible hose was used to route and protect the cables, providing flexibility and ease of installation while still ensuring cable protection and a clean finish.

Monitor Mounting and Project Completion.

Additionally, the owner of JT Lending Corporation provided a monitor bracket, which was used to securely mount the monitoring display on the wall. This allowed for a more ergonomic viewing angle and saved workspace area. The entire installation process, including cabinet setup, CCTV mounting, cabling, and final testing, was successfully completed at 1:34 PM.

Conclusion.

The CCTV Supply and Installation at JT Lending Corporation was successfully completed within the scheduled timeframe, ensuring a fully functional and reliable surveillance system. Through proper equipment installation, organized cabling, and secure mounting of all components, the system now provides enhanced security and real-time monitoring for both indoor and outdoor areas. This installation helps strengthen the overall safety of the facility, giving the management greater peace of mind and improved control over daily operations.
