CCTV Supply and Installation at ACS Manufacturing Corporation -- 6th Progress Update.

Introduction
The CCTV installation project at ACS Manufacturing Corporation continues to reach key milestones as we expand system infrastructure throughout the facility. This week marks the successful completion of external conduit and orange junction box installations around the outer perimeter of the warehouse. With this development, the project now secures the full outside coverage needed for upcoming camera placements.
This phase focused on building durable, weather-resistant connections in a high-exposure environment—laying the groundwork for strong surveillance coverage around critical exterior zones.
Finishing the Perimeter: Conduit and Junction Box Work Outdoors.
As industrial sites require robust outdoor surveillance, this section of the project was especially important. Our team focused on the outer warehouse walls and corners, where future CCTV cameras will monitor entrances, loading bays, access points, and surrounding driveways.
We began by mounting orange PVC junction boxes on reinforced concrete surfaces using heavy-duty anchor bolts. These boxes—chosen for their high visibility and industrial durability, ensuring protection against rain, dust, and exposure to harsh outdoor conditions. Each junction box was placed according to the pre-determined external camera layout, ensuring clean, functional coverage with minimal blind spots.
To complete the connection infrastructure, our team installed flexible hose conduits leading from the junction boxes back into the main cable routes. These hoses were routed cleanly across wall surfaces and secured with industrial clamps to maintain a neat and weather-resistant finish. The flexible conduit allows for easy adjustments while still offering solid protection for the Cat6 Ethernet cables housed inside.
Outdoor-Grade Cabling and Protection.
Inside each hose, we routed high-performance Cat6 cables that will supply both power and data to each future camera using a Power over Ethernet (PoE) configuration. The use of PoE minimizes clutter while maximizing efficiency — an ideal solution for expansive outdoor coverage where long cable runs are often necessary.
To preserve the integrity of the outdoor installation, all connections and cable entries into junction boxes were sealed and tested against water ingress. The entire network was labeled and mapped to match the facility’s master CCTV layout plan.
Conclusion
With the external junction boxes and flexible conduit network now completed around the warehouse perimeter, the CCTV infrastructure at ACS Manufacturing Corporation is steadily taking shape. This phase secures the outer boundaries of the facility, which is essential for overall surveillance coverage.
While camera mounting and system configuration are approaching, we are still actively working on structured cabling across other areas of the site. As we connect the remaining zones and finalize internal pathways, we’re getting closer to the final stages of the project. Each milestone brings us nearer to delivering a reliable, high-performance CCTV system tailored to ACS’s industrial security needs.
Stay tuned for more updates as we continue moving toward full system readiness.
