On June 25, 2026, at approximately 2:15 PM, a site inspection was conducted at TOA Global Cebu to assess the client’s CCTV system and determine the necessary requirements for expanding its surveillance coverage. The inspection focused on evaluating the existing camera setup, identifying suitable installation locations, and planning the infrastructure needed for the additional CCTV units. This assessment served as an important step in ensuring that the proposed installation will meet the client’s security objectives while integrating seamlessly with the current system.
Existing CCTV System Assessment.
During the inspection, it was confirmed that the facility already has an operational CCTV system installed throughout the premises. Rather than replacing the existing equipment, the project primarily involves expanding the surveillance network by adding five (5) new CCTV cameras. The additional cameras will improve monitoring in areas that currently have limited or no camera coverage, enhancing the overall security of the facility.
The inspection also identified one (1) existing camera located in the locker room that requires slight repositioning. Instead of installing a replacement unit, the camera will be reoriented to achieve a better viewing angle and wider coverage of the area. This adjustment will maximize the effectiveness of the existing equipment while minimizing unnecessary costs.
Installation Requirements.
To accommodate the new CCTV cameras, several installation materials and infrastructure will be required. MT pipes will be installed to provide secure routing and protection for the network cables, ensuring a clean and organized installation. Full thread boxes will also be utilized to provide stable mounting points and proper support for the cameras, contributing to both durability and ease of maintenance.
Following the installation of the piping system, CAT6 cables will be routed from each camera location to the server room. This structured cabling approach will ensure reliable data transmission and maintain a professional cable management system throughout the facility.
Cabling and Project Scope.
Based on the initial assessment, the estimated cable requirement is approximately three (3) rolls of CAT6 cable. This estimate is subject to verification through final measurements during the actual installation to ensure sufficient materials are available for the project.
The overall scope of work includes the installation of five (5) additional CCTV cameras, the relocation and reorientation of one (1) existing camera in the locker room, the installation of MT pipes and full thread boxes, and the routing of CAT6 cables from the designated camera locations to the server room. Since the existing CCTV infrastructure is already in place, the project is expected to proceed efficiently with minimal modifications to the current system.

The site inspection at TOA Global Cebu confirmed that the client’s existing CCTV system provides a solid foundation for the planned expansion. With only five additional cameras to be installed and one existing camera requiring repositioning, the project remains straightforward and well-defined.
