On March 27, 2026, the InstallersPH IT Solutions team conducted a comprehensive CCTV site inspection at One Oasis Condominium Cebu, located along Pres. Magsaysay Street, Cebu City. The purpose of this activity was to evaluate the current security setup and identify key areas where CCTV installation could significantly improve monitoring and overall safety within the premises.

Scope of Inspection.
The inspection covered a total of five residential buildings within the condominium complex. Each building was carefully assessed to determine the most strategic locations for CCTV placement. The team focused on high-traffic and critical areas, particularly elevator units, which are frequently used by residents and visitors. These areas are considered essential points for surveillance due to the volume of movement and potential security risks associated with limited visibility.
Assessment of Elevator Areas.
During the inspection, it was identified that the elevator units across all five buildings currently have no CCTV coverage. This gap in surveillance presents a potential security concern, as elevators are enclosed spaces where monitoring is crucial for both safety and incident documentation. Based on the findings, the team proposed the installation of CCTV cameras in and around the elevator areas of each building. The recommended setup aims to provide clear visibility of entry and exit points, as well as the immediate surroundings of the elevators. Proper camera positioning will ensure minimal blind spots while maintaining privacy considerations for residents. The proposed system is designed to enhance real-time monitoring and provide reliable recorded footage when needed.
