On February 16, 2026 (Monday), the technical team of InstallersPH IT Solutions conducted a scheduled site inspection at Monster BT 105.9, located at East Aurora Tower Condominium No. 3, M.L. Quezon Street, Kasambagan, Cebu City. The purpose of the visit was to assess the current condition of the installed CCTV system and identify any potential technical issues that may affect its performance. CCTV systems play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of business premises, especially for offices and media organizations that handle valuable equipment and sensitive operations.
Arrival and Initial Assessment.
The team arrived at the client’s location at exactly 10:22 AM and immediately proceeded with the inspection process. Upon arrival, coordination with the staff on-site was done to gain access to the CCTV system and its components. The inspection focused on evaluating the operational status of the cameras, checking their physical placement, and reviewing the system’s overall functionality. This initial assessment aimed to quickly identify visible concerns and determine which components required closer attention.
Findings During the CCTV Inspection.
During the inspection, it was observed that two CCTV cameras were not functioning as expected and required further checking. These cameras showed possible issues that could be related to wiring, camera positioning, or system configuration. Since CCTV systems rely heavily on proper connectivity and alignment, even minor technical problems can result in blind spots or poor image quality. At this stage, the team noted that a more detailed verification would be necessary to accurately diagnose the root cause of the problem and decide the most effective solution.

After completing the inspection and before leaving the site, Sir Dan communicated with the staff or person-in-charge present. He informed them that a formal proposal would be prepared to outline the necessary repairs and recommended technical actions. This proposal will include the identified issues, possible solutions, and the scope of work required. The document will serve as the basis for the client’s review and approval before any technical intervention is carried out, ensuring that both parties are aligned on the next steps.
Conclusion.
The site inspection was completed at approximately 10:30 AM, marking a quick yet productive visit. Although the inspection revealed issues with two CCTV cameras, the overall process provided valuable insights into the system’s current condition. Through proper assessment, documentation, and client communication, the team successfully laid the groundwork for the next phase of the project. Once the proposal is approved, the necessary technical actions can be implemented to restore and improve the CCTV system, ensuring reliable security and continuous monitoring for the client’s premises.
