CCTV Site Inspection at CF Cebu Enterprise Inc.
Introduction.
A CCTV site inspection was conducted by the technical team of InstallersPH IT Solutions at the warehouse facility of CF Cebu Enterprise Inc., located at Unit 15, 999 Grand Arcade, MC Cabahug St., Looc, Mandaue City. The purpose of the inspection was to assess the current site conditions, identify critical areas for surveillance, and recommend an appropriate CCTV system based on the client’s security requirements.
Site Assessment and Observation.
Based on the results of the inspection, a total of ten (10) CCTV cameras were recommended to achieve optimal surveillance coverage across the warehouse. The recommended number of cameras is intended to eliminate blind spots, improve visibility in high-risk areas, and support effective monitoring of both indoor and outdoor sections of the facility.
The proposed camera deployment aims to enhance real-time monitoring and provide reliable video evidence for security review and incident investigation.
Data Cabinet Recommendation.
In addition to the CCTV system, a 6U data cabinet was also recommended to properly house and organize the main system components such as the DVR or NVR, power supplies, and related equipment. The data cabinet will help maintain a clean and secure setup, protect devices from physical damage and environmental factors, and make future maintenance and troubleshooting more efficient.
Client Feedback and Next Steps.
After the site inspection and initial discussion, the client confirmed that they are waiting for the formal project proposal before proceeding with the installation. The proposal will include the complete system design, equipment specifications, and cost breakdown for approval.
