The primary objective of the activity was to transfer ownership and administrative control of the CCTV system from the previous administrator to a newly designated user, ensuring that authorized personnel maintain full access and control over the surveillance system, while preventing any disruption in monitoring and security operations within the school premises.
Account Transfer Process.
During the operation, it was confirmed that the previous administrator would no longer be managing the system, prompting the team to initiate the transfer of ownership to the newly assigned administrator, ensuring proper handover of responsibilities and secure access to system controls, configurations, and recorded data.
System Configuration and Access Setup.
Following the successful transfer of ownership, the team proceeded with configuring user access through the CCTV DMSS application, granting permissions to authorized personnel for remote viewing and system management, while coordinating closely with the client to complete the email sharing process upon the arrival of the designated user, ensuring seamless access activation.
