Project Overview
InstallersPH IT Solutions successfully completed a comprehensive CCTV and network infrastructure installation project for an office and warehouse facility. The project commenced on July 9, 2026, and was successfully completed and turned over to the client on August 20, 2026.
The project covered the complete development of the site’s surveillance and network infrastructure, including conduit and pathway preparation, CCTV installation, structured cabling, network integration, data cabinet deployment, NVR storage configuration, IP camera configuration, and system testing.
The installation was executed in phases to ensure that all physical infrastructure, network connectivity, surveillance equipment, and backend systems were properly installed, configured, tested, and prepared for operational use.
The project began with material mobilization and a detailed layout assessment to determine the exact CCTV pipe routing. The team installed 3/4-inch PVC pipes and pre-assembled square junction boxes with their corresponding couplings.
The conduits were securely fastened to the concrete walls using C-metal clamps and a manual concrete nail gun. A total of 14 junction boxes were installed as part of the initial pathway preparation. The official floor plans were also reviewed to finalize the precise coordinates of the CCTV camera locations.
Safety Setup and Cable Pulling
Mobile scaffolding was assembled to provide safe and efficient access to elevated areas. The team performed end-to-end UTP cable pulling through the prepared conduit network.
1/2-inch PVC conduit extensions were also prepared and positioned at the designated camera points. Final structural cutting and CCTV mounting were coordinated based on the client’s approved mounting heights.
CCTV Installation and RJ45 Termination
Network cabling was routed through the PVC conduit system, followed by end-to-end RJ45 connector terminations for IP camera integration.
Additional 1/2-inch PVC pipes and junction boxes were installed at designated camera points to protect cables and provide secure mounting locations.
A total of 12 ColorVu bullet CCTV cameras were successfully mounted and secured.
Structured Cabling and Infrastructure Development
The ground-floor network cabling installation was completed using Cat 6 cables routed through 3/4-inch flexible electrical conduits across designated pathways to provide proper cable protection.
A wall-mounted 4U data cabinet was installed near the mounted bullet cameras, along with two additional dome CCTV cameras within the office’s ground floor.
The site’s primary network and power infrastructure was also established. Conduit and piping runs from the office container toward the main power connection point were installed, while Cat 6 and fiber optic cables were pulled to establish the required data connections. Protective piping and junction boxes were also installed along the warehouse perimeter.
CCTV Expansion and Cable Pathway Development
Additional square junction boxes were installed along the extended conduit line on the opposite side of the warehouse. Nine hexagonal junction boxes were also prepared as secure mounting bases for CCTV cameras.
A 15U data cabinet was assembled within the office area to serve as a centralized enclosure for incoming cables and network equipment.
Structural cabling and pathway installation continued with Cat 6 and fiber optic lines routed near the office container and extended toward designated bullet camera mounting points. Protective conduit piping and cabling were also extended along the warehouse perimeter.
Network containment, conduit piping, junction box preparation, Cat 6 cabling, and RJ45 terminations were completed. Nine additional bullet CCTV cameras were successfully mounted on the opposite side of the warehouse, expanding surveillance coverage.
High-Level Infrastructure and Network Integration
High-level structural infrastructure and cable tray routing were completed across the upper warehouse. Mobile scaffolding platforms were used to safely access elevated areas while the team installed heavy-duty support brackets and structured wire mesh cable pathways.
Core network integration was also completed within the server room container. This included wall panel modifications for cable access, server rack assembly, and end-to-end patching of blue LAN drops into Hikvision PoE switches.
Power configurations were stabilized to support the centralized surveillance hub.
Interior Surveillance Network
The interior office container surveillance network was completed with precision ceiling pathways for Cat 6 network cabling. High-definition dome cameras were securely anchored and adjusted within the ceiling and corner frameworks.
A centralized wall-mounted server rack enclosure was also integrated into the office to provide secure housing for network switches and data-logging equipment.
NVR Storage Configuration
The central Hikvision Network Video Recorder (NVR) was upgraded with two 10TB surveillance-optimized hard drives, providing a total of 20TB of local storage for extended high-definition video recording.
Incoming network camera lines were organized inside the wall-mounted server cabinet to create a clean and structured cabling architecture.
System Configuration and Testing
The final phase focused on high-level physical installation and software configuration of the warehouse surveillance and network infrastructure.
Engineering teams utilized mobile scaffolding platforms to safely secure hardware along the building’s elevated framework. Centralized network operations finalized the clean-rack cabling architecture inside the data cabinet.
The team configured custom IP addresses for the IP cameras and conducted comprehensive multi-channel live-view testing to verify camera connectivity, video transmission, and overall system performance.
Project Completion and Turnover
Following the completion of installation, configuration, and testing activities, the CCTV and network infrastructure was prepared for final turnover.
The project was officially turned over to the client on August 20, 2026, marking the completion of the installation works that commenced on July 9, 2026.

From July 9 to August 20, 2026, InstallersPH IT Solutions successfully delivered and turned over the CCTV and network infrastructure project.
