Biometric Software Installation for Pro builders Inc., Lapu-lapu Branch.

Introduction

InstallersPH IT Solutions recently completed a biometric software installation for Pro Builders Inc. – Lapu-Lapu Branch. The installation aimed to streamline and automate employee attendance tracking through the deployment of ADMS (Automatic Data Management System), ensuring efficient timekeeping, improved accuracy in records, and simplified reporting processes for the client’s HR department.

Installation Overview.

Our technical team visited the Lapu-Lapu office to set up the software component of the biometric attendance system previously supplied. The main focus was the successful integration of the ADMS platform into the client’s workflow by installing it directly on their designated company laptop.

The ADMS (a centralized management software for biometric terminals) enables real-time syncing and downloading of attendance logs. With this system, Pro Builders Inc. can now seamlessly monitor attendance data from their biometric device, including check-in/out times, tardiness, absences, and total rendered hours—all accessible directly from the laptop.

System Configuration and Testing.

The process began with configuring the laptop’s operating system settings to ensure compatibility with the ADMS software. After securing administrative access and verifying system requirements, the installation was carried out without any software conflicts.

The biometric device was then linked to the ADMS software using its local IP address, allowing the laptop to pull in attendance data in real-time. To validate the connection, several test entries were performed on the biometric device and successfully reflected in the ADMS dashboard.

Additionally, we customized the system settings according to the client’s preferences—such as report formats, time intervals, and user access controls—to match their internal HR policies. We also enabled the exporting feature so that attendance reports can be generated in Excel or PDF formats, which the HR officer can now use for payroll and evaluation purposes.

Staff Orientation and Demonstration.

Following the installation, our team conducted a brief but thorough walkthrough with the assigned HR personnel and operations manager. This included:

  • Live demonstration of the software interface.

  • How to download and filter attendance records.

  • Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

  • Adding and removing users from the system.

  • Basic troubleshooting tips and maintenance practices.

The client expressed satisfaction with the system’s ease of use and was confident in handling the ADMS moving forward. The staff appreciated that the new system would eliminate manual encoding of logs and reduce errors in payroll calculations.

Conclusion

The biometric software installation at Pro Builders Inc., Lapu-Lapu Branch was completed smoothly, with no hardware or software issues encountered during the visit. The system is now fully operational and integrated into the client’s daily operations.

Our team remains available for future support or additional training sessions if needed. We look forward to continuing our partnership with Pro Builders Inc. as they modernize their employee management systems across other branches.
