Structured Cabling at Talisay Residential Property -- 11th progress.

Introduction
As the Talisay Residential Structured Cabling project nears its final phase, the team continues to dedicate time to refining the physical layout and cable presentation. This eleventh progress update highlights the ongoing efforts to clean, align, and optimize cable arrangements both inside the data cabinet and throughout the vertical cable paths across all floors.
Work Accomplished (11th Update).
1. Ongoing Cable Arrangement and Cleanup
The team continues to adjust and improve the layout of cable bundles to ensure a clean, professional finish.
Cable ties are being repositioned and spaced evenly to keep bundles tight and organized.
Temporary materials such as masking tape are gradually being removed and replaced with labeled Velcro straps.
Cables are being grouped more precisely by floor and function for improved manageability.
2. Data Cabinet Refinement
Inside the cabinet, the team is actively reworking the routing of patch cables and slack management.
Patch cables are being repositioned to maintain a smooth, structured path with minimal crossover.
Excess slack is being looped and secured properly to avoid tangling and visual clutter.
Labeling continues to be reviewed and adjusted to ensure consistency and clarity.
3. Vertical Pathway Polishing
The vertical cable manager is still undergoing cleanup, with the goal of achieving uniform routing from ceiling to cabinet.
Loose bundles are being secured.
Bend radii are being checked and adjusted to maintain proper standards.
Cable routes are being realigned for a more seamless, organized look throughout all three floors.
Conclusion
While the core installation and termination are complete, our team remains focused on finishing the structured cabling system to the highest possible standard. The ongoing cleanup and organization process ensures that the final setup will not only function efficiently but also reflect the professionalism and attention to detail our clients expect.
This step is essential in preparing for the upcoming final inspection, documentation, and turnover—all of which will follow once the cable cleanup is fully completed.
