CCTV Support Services at Bridge Culture -- Final Progress Update.

Introduction.

InstallersPH IT Solutions recently completed a follow-up service visit at Bridge Culture to finalize the configuration of their CCTV system and ensure complete online accessibility. This update outlines the final steps taken by the team, the technical processes performed on-site, and the successful resolution of the network issues previously encountered. The goal of this visit was to implement the agreed-upon solution and bring all CCTV cameras fully online.

Recap of Initial Assessment.

During the prior visit, the team identified that the primary cause of the CCTV connectivity issue was an IP address mismatch. Bridge Culture’s network was operating on the 10.0.x.x IP range, while the CCTV system was configured within the 192.168.x.x scheme. This incompatibility prevented the system from registering online despite the cameras functioning correctly on the display monitor. A recommendation was made to install a dedicated router for the CCTV system to create a properly aligned network environment. The client approved this solution and requested a consolidated quotation, setting the stage for the final update.

Installation of the Dedicated CCTV Router.

In this final phase, the team returned to Bridge Culture with the new router intended exclusively for the CCTV network. The installation process included configuring the router’s IP settings, assigning compatible ranges for all CCTV units, and ensuring seamless integration between the DVR system and the newly created network. The router was positioned strategically at the site, and all necessary wiring was arranged, secured, and rerouted for optimal performance. This setup provided the CCTV system with a unified network structure, resolving the previous IP conflict entirely.

Network Configuration and Online Activation.

After installing and configuring the router, the team proceeded with the activation of the CCTV system through the DMS application. With the corrected network settings and aligned IP structure, all cameras were successfully brought online. The DMS app confirmed remote accessibility and stable connectivity across all camera channels. The system now allows Bridge Culture to monitor their CCTV feeds remotely without interruption, marking a complete turnaround from the initial connectivity limitations.
