According to the client, the network is generally accessible during the early part of the day but becomes unreliable or completely unavailable as the day progresses. This issue has affected productivity, particularly in office areas where internet access is essential for daily operations.

To verify the reported problem, our technical team conducted internet speed tests using the client’s office computers. The tests displayed the message, “Could not reach our servers to perform the test. You may not be connected to the internet,” confirming the connectivity issues experienced by the client. These findings highlighted the need for a stronger and more dependable wireless network solution.
