CCTV Supply and Installation at San Jose Pension House -- First Progress Update.

Introduction
Our technical team recently began the first stage of the CCTV supply and installation project at San Jose Pension House. This initial phase is part of our ongoing mission to deliver tailored surveillance systems for hospitality establishments, ensuring guest safety, property security, and system scalability. The work focused on preparing essential infrastructure that will support a complete CCTV network across the building’s multiple floors.
Client Background
San Jose Pension House is a multi-level accommodation facility situated in a busy urban area. The management expressed the need for a reliable and well-structured CCTV solution that could monitor both public and semi-private spaces. With growing guest occupancy and safety concerns, their objective was to enhance overall visibility throughout the property while keeping the system user-friendly and ready for future upgrades.
Initial Implementation and Assessment.
During this first progress, our team mounted junction boxes across three floors in preparation for CCTV camera placement. These junction boxes serve as key support and access points for camera wiring, enabling secure and organized connections. Their strategic locations were determined based on surveillance coverage requirements and cable routing feasibility.
In addition, the team performed detailed measurements to determine the required length of PVC piping that will be installed in the next phase. These conduits will protect the network cables and provide a clean, concealed finish that aligns with the building’s aesthetics and safety standards.
This groundwork ensures efficient routing of cables and simplifies the next steps, including camera mounting, power provisioning, and data connections to the central recording unit.
Next Steps
With junction boxes mounted and cable path measurements taken, the next update will focus on installing the PVC piping and pulling the necessary cables across all designated areas. Once physical infrastructure is in place, we will proceed with mounting the cameras, configuring the recording system, and conducting testing.
Conclusion
This first milestone at San Jose Pension House marks a strong start in transforming the property’s surveillance system. By laying the foundation with junction box installation and pipe planning, we’re ensuring that the final setup will be neat, reliable, and efficient. We look forward to completing the next phases and delivering a security system that supports the safety and operations of both the staff and guests.
