Introduction
The InstallersPH IT Solutions Team Building 2026 brought employees and interns together for two meaningful days of celebration, connection, and camaraderie. Held on August 14–15, 2026, at Sea Mansion, National Road, Carmen, Cebu, the event was more than just a company outing. It was an opportunity to celebrate the company’s 10th year, recognize milestones achieved during the last quarter, and strengthen the relationships that make the InstallersPH team stronger.
With the theme and OOTD “Aqua Orange,” everyone came together in a fun and colorful atmosphere that reflected the energy and excitement of the celebration.

Celebrating 10 Years of InstallersPH.
Reaching a 10-year milestone is a significant achievement. The team building served as one of the ways InstallersPH celebrated a decade of growth, challenges overcome, and accomplishments achieved through the dedication of its people.
The event also recognized the company’s milestones during the last quarter, giving employees and interns an opportunity to pause from their daily responsibilities and celebrate what the team has accomplished together.
A Day of Preparation and Teamwork.
The activities began with arrival and check-in, followed by decoration and preparation at 2:00 PM. Even before the formal program started, employees and interns were already working together to prepare the venue.
These simple preparations created an atmosphere of cooperation and excitement. From arranging decorations to getting ready for the program, everyone contributed to making the event memorable.
Program Proper and Special Performances.
At 4:00 PM, the program officially began, hosted by Piodel Bantugan. The event opened with a prayer, followed by a welcome message from Mr. Edgar J. Tomo Jr.
A photo opportunity followed, bringing employees and interns together to capture memories of the celebration. The program also featured a special presentation by Ailyn Villagonzalo, an intern, adding another memorable moment to the afternoon.
One of the highlights was the Talent Competition by Department, with Sir Ed and Ma’am Shai serving as judges. The participating groups represented Technical, Sales & Go|Social, HR & Admin, and Marketing.
The competition showcased the creativity, confidence, teamwork, and talents of each department. After the performances, HR & Admin was announced as the winner.
Food, Games, and Bonding.
After the afternoon activities, everyone gathered for dinner at 6:30 PM. Sharing a meal provided another opportunity for employees and interns to relax, interact, and enjoy each other’s company outside the usual workplace setting.
At 8:00 PM, the celebration continued with games and swimming. These activities encouraged everyone to participate, have fun, and build stronger connections. For employees and interns who may not regularly work together, the event provided a chance to become more familiar with one another and create new friendships.
Strengthening the InstallersPH Team.
Beyond the games, performances, and celebrations, the team building highlighted the importance of social interaction and bonding. A strong workplace is built not only through individual skills but also through communication, trust, cooperation, and mutual support.
Bringing everyone together allowed employees and interns to connect beyond their respective departments and responsibilities. These shared experiences can help strengthen teamwork and create a more positive and collaborative work environment.
