A Successful Internship Journey.
From June 17, 2026, to July 31, 2026, Sheena Aravela Mercado brought energy, dedication, and creativity to our Marketing Department as she completed her 300-hour internship program. Over the course of six weeks, she immersed herself in the fast-paced world of digital marketing, taking on responsibilities that ranged from content creation to platform management, and leaving a lasting impression on everyone she worked with.
Mastering Digital Content.
As a Marketing Department Intern, Sheena’s primary focus was posting and editing content for digital platforms — a role that demands both technical skill and creative instinct. Social media and digital content are the front lines of how a brand communicates with its audience, and Sheena approached this responsibility with a level of care and professionalism that went well beyond what is typically expected of an intern. Every post she touched reflected attention to detail, a strong sense of visual and written consistency, and a genuine understanding of what makes content resonate with an audience.
A Strong Work Ethic.
What set Sheena apart, however, was not just her technical output but her work ethic. From day one, she demonstrated an ability to work with minimal supervision — a rare trait among interns who are often still finding their footing in a professional environment. Rather than waiting to be told what to do at every turn, she took initiative, sought out ways to contribute, and consistently followed through on her commitments. This reliability made her a dependable member of the team, someone the department could count on to deliver quality work on time, every time.
