For Adrian Saberon, becoming the Head of IT at InstallersPH IT Solutions wasn’t something that happened overnight. When he joined the company in October 2024, he was a newly graduated Computer Engineering student with no prior industry experience. Instead of letting that hold him back, he embraced every opportunity to learn.

Adrian explored different areas of the IT field, including CCTV systems, networking, and technical support. Every project, every installation, and every client interaction became an opportunity to improve his technical skills and gain valuable real-world experience.

His growth wasn’t limited to technology.

Adrian admits that he started his journey as an introvert who wasn’t comfortable talking to people. Through countless site inspections, client meetings, and fieldwork, he gradually developed the confidence to communicate effectively and lead with purpose.

Today, as Head of IT, Adrian believes that leadership is the foundation of every successful team.

“Everything starts with leadership. If the leadership is not good or well-structured, everything will crumble.”

Working in a fast-paced environment has taught him the importance of responding quickly to client concerns while maintaining the quality of every solution delivered. More importantly, it has allowed him to witness the remarkable growth of InstallersPH IT Solutions.

From a small office to a growing company serving businesses across different industries, Adrian has seen firsthand how dedication, teamwork, and continuous improvement have shaped the organization’s success.

As InstallersPH celebrates its 10th Anniversary, Adrian considers himself fortunate to be part of this milestone and to contribute to the company’s continuing journey.

To aspiring IT professionals, his advice is simple yet powerful:

“Do the things that you fear. Those are usually the things we avoid the most. We need the courage to push ourselves beyond our limits because that’s something we often lack, especially when we’re still young.”
