3rd Quarter Awarding Ceremony 2026 of InstallersPH highlights.
Introduction.
InstallersPH IT Solutions celebrated the dedication, hard work, and achievements of its employees and interns during the 3rd Quarter Awarding Ceremony 2026, held on October 9, 2026, at Go|Social Event Space, ADG IT Center. Beginning at 10:00 AM, the event brought the team together under the theme “One Team, One Goal, One Achievement.”
Hosted by Piodel Bantugan, the ceremony recognized the individuals who demonstrated commitment, consistency, professionalism, and excellence throughout the third quarter of the year. It also provided an opportunity for employees and interns to connect, celebrate milestones, and strengthen the teamwork that drives InstallersPH forward.
Recognizing Dedication and Commitment.
The program began with the opening and call to order, followed by an opening prayer led by Moira Monzales. Shaina Lyn Del Mar then delivered the welcome remarks, setting a positive tone for the day’s celebration.
An interns’ presentation followed, highlighting the participation and contributions of the company’s interns. The program then proceeded to the presentation of awards, recognizing the efforts and accomplishments of team members across different categories.
Celebrating Attendance and Professionalism.
One of the highlights was the Best in Attendance Award for July, August, and September, recognizing individuals who achieved attendance rates of 90% to 100%. This category emphasized the importance of reliability, punctuality, and consistent participation in the workplace.
The Exemplary Uniform Compliance Award also recognized team members who demonstrated professionalism and adherence to the company’s uniform standards. The awardees were Piodel Bantugan, Adrian Saberon, Eloisa Mata, Mary Grace Jacobe, Moira Monzales, Crista Semblante, Ailyn Villagonzalo, April Shane, and Jeancel Petalcorin.
These recognitions highlighted how everyday discipline and professionalism contribute to a productive and organized working environment.
Honoring the Best Interns and Employees.
The ceremony also celebrated the outstanding contributions of the company’s interns. The Best Interns Award was presented to Ma. Nily Tapales, Rafael Tapales, Annie Tomaquin, and Kent Louis Ponce for their noteworthy performance and participation.
Meanwhile, the Best Employees Award recognized Shaina Lyn Del Mar, Mariel Ang, Analou Monton, Eloisa Mata, Adrian Saberon, and Randy Rizalde for their contributions to the organization.
These awards served as a meaningful acknowledgment of the people who continue to support the company’s operations, goals, and commitment to delivering IT solutions to its clients.
Strengthening Teamwork Beyond the Awards.
Following the awarding ceremony, the team participated in a photo opportunity to capture the memorable occasion. The program continued with a message from the CEO, followed by lunch and afternoon activities beginning at 1:00 PM.
Karaoke, games, and team activities allowed employees and interns to relax, enjoy one another’s company, and build stronger connections beyond their daily responsibilities.
